About

Looking for a Real Estate Agent who puts you first?

If you’re planning to buy or sell a home, you want the process to go successfully. If you’re selling, success means getting your property sold quickly and for the highest price possible. If you’re buying, it means finding your next dream home and getting into it, affordably. On top of that, if you’re like most of my satisfied customers, you also want everything to go smoothly, with as little stress as possible.

How can you ensure all that happens? By working with a real estate agent who truly puts you first.

I’m proud to be the Bellingham real estate agent of choice for those who want a great experience buying or selling a home. My “client-first” approach means that you’ll be working with a professional who listens to you, provides expert advice, and works hard on your behalf.

About Me

I pride myself in earning trust before business by building lasting relationships and providing quality service. Having lived in the beautiful Whatcom County for 18 years, I can without a doubt say it is one of the fastest growing areas in the state of Washington. Since my first home purchase at the age of 21, I have always had a peak interest in helping investors build their net worth in real estate or finding a comfortable home for first time buyers.

My duty is to educate my clients on their real estate needs while acting as a consultant in their transactions. Previously, I provided contracting services in industrial inspection for 6 years which helped me in developing a keen eye to detail essentially assuring my clients receive every key feature. With a Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, I am among only 1% of Realtors nationwide who excels in negotiations and residential transactions on behalf of my clients. An associate degree in Applied Sciences along with continued education in IT and economics, my clients can also rest assured on my knowledge with cutting edge marketing and market trends. Together we can promote positive community and economic growth in our neighborhoods!
This website is filled with tips and resources to help you quickly understand what you need to know — and how I deliver the services designed to meet your needs.

Looking forward to learning more about your needs and goals!

Coming up on my 5th year now, I recently accepted the challenge of participating in the 2020 Big Climb benefiting The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. This event takes participants up 69 floors, or 1,311 steps, to reach the highly acclaimed observation deck with breathtaking views of the entire Puget Sound region. The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Big Climb event raises money through individual and team fundraising, sponsorship and entry fees which is then invested in its mission to fund blood cancer research and patient services. Over $28 Million has been raised since the Big Climb’s inception in 1986. In 2018 the Seattle Big Climb broke the $3 Million dollar barrier for a single year. I hope to add to this growing number. I am asking you to help by supporting my fundraising efforts with a donation by clicking the image above or clicking HERE.

Your tax-deductible gift will help bring us a step closer to funding and finding a cure for blood cancers. It is faster and easier than ever to support this great cause – you can make your donation online by simply clicking on the link at the bottom of this message. If you prefer, you can also send your gift check made out to the address below.
