About Me

I pride myself in earning trust before business by building lasting relationships and providing quality service. Having lived in the beautiful Whatcom County for 18 years, I can without a doubt say it is one of the fastest growing areas in the state of Washington. Since my first home purchase at the age of 21, I have always had a peak interest in helping investors build their net worth in real estate or finding a comfortable home for first time buyers. My duty is to educate my clients on their real estate needs while acting as a consultant in their transactions. Previously, I provided contracting services in industrial inspection for 6 years which helped me in developing a keen eye to detail essentially assuring my clients receive every key feature. With a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation, I am among only 3% of Realtors nationwide who excels in negotiations on behalf of my clients. An Associate’s degree in Applied Sciences from the Bellingham Technical College along with continued education in economics in Whatcom Community College, my clients can also rest assured on my knowledge with market trends. Together we can promote positive community and economic growth in our neighborhoods!
